How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Stonesso Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Stonesso Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Then let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Stonesso Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Steps to File
Email contact@stonesso.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not resolve the matter, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
